Enhancing the Gift Card Purchase Journey

In this project feature, I highlight the transformation of the Cozymeal Gift Card page that achieved a 52% total increase in sales through strategic UX/UI design. By combining user research, behavioral insights, and an iterative approach, I crafted an intuitive and visually engaging page that streamlined the customer journey and optimized conversions.

  • Redesign 2022

    I was initially tasked with redesigning the Gift Card page to align more closely with Cozymeal's updated branding, following the completion of a recent homepage overhaul. The goal was to ensure visual consistency across the site while improving the user experience on one of our most important conversion pages.

    The first iteration of the redesign proved successful, leading to a 21% increase in gift card sales and validating the impact of thoughtful, user-focused design.

  • Redesign 2024

    After a year of continued testing and analyzing user behavior, my team and I found there was even more opportunities for improvement. Drawing inspiration from industry leaders like Airbnb, Apple, and Amazon, I refined the design, enhancing the elements that resonated most with users and rethinking those that didn’t.

    Further A/B testing confirmed an even stronger performance from the new design, and after its launch, gift card sales saw an additional 31% increase.
